As new, i bought two sizes and these were too large so I don't think I ever wore them. When I bought them (direct from Acai) I noticed the seam on one leg has slightly come apart. It would be unnoticeable when worn . There is another layer under this so I presume the trousers are still water resistant, Other than that they are excellent and would be fantastic for winter :) Very lovely deep brown colour
