A Chrome Hearts ring from the early 90s, when the company was founded.
It was purchased by the jewelry designer and engraver, Leonard Kamhout, one of the founding members, before he left in 1994. (No 1994 stamp = proof it's from before '94)
The Scroll Band design is still used today, but the early ones are more rugged and the engraving is more powerful, seeming to have the distinct style of the late Kamhout.
For those looking for a rare early Chrome Hearts ring from the Kamhout era.
