This is a knit from Dries Van Noten's 2017-2018 AW runway collection.
I kept searching and finally purchased this one at an auction.
I usually wear a size L in Dries, but this knit is quite tight, and I couldn't wear it without it being skin-tight.
The pattern and the sleeve detailing are distinctive, and the navy on the back is very beautiful.
