The frames is stable and usable but it does have some cracks and chips

The bubble glass has a chip on one edge and some flea bites. No cracks and nothing that obscures the central view.
It doesnt have a back but will add cardboard to the back for shipping for stability.

Ive not seen any frames like this with the E. Pluribus Unum
Measures 16x23 its big! And its heavy.
