Lovely red vintage style tiered and frilled net petticoat, designed to create loads of volume under your skirt or dress. The top is a spandex stretchy material with an elasticated waist which stretches from 60cm (23.6”) up to 100cm (39”), so could easily fit size 12. There is a separate layer of polyester to prevent the net scratching your legs when worn. The length is 66cm (26”) but the top material element can be turned up to shorten it. Bnwt and still in cellophane.
