Space Fronteir Apollo Rocket

This Apollo rocket operates on 2D cell batteries. When switched on the nosecone engine assemblies rotate in office and directions. The nosecone has amber plastic whim windows in our back lit while we were away the front set of wheels are motor driven as is the whole front wheel assembly this causes the rocket to move and turn. About every 10 to 15 seconds, the rocket will stop moving in the top hatch will open. An crane-like gantry with an astronaut on top will extend out of the rocket.  The astronaut is holding a camera. The crane arm will retract in the rocket will begin to move again. This Is manufactured in Japan by the Yoshino Toy Co.  it is a great example of the Japanese mechanical toys manufactured in the 1960s. This comes with the original box and the original packing inserts.
