This is a Fisherman's Oiled Sweater by Peter Storm.
An oiled sweater is a sweater knitted without removing the natural oils from the wool. Made from un-degreased wool yarn and containing lanolin oil (wool grease), it excels in water resistance, moisture resistance, and heat retention.
The actual size is approximately M-L, and the color is off-white.
It's in good condition considering its age.
