Black Tie by He-Ro Industries black embellished blouse, 100% silk with absolutely gorgeous pearl beading, sequins, and embroidery. Definitely a unique showstopper, statement piece! Intricate designs and in great, vintage condition. Shoulder pads and zip back. There are a couple of missing pears on the neckline (last photo), but overall in great condition.
